The location was fantastic for exploring nearby mountains and hot springs. Our room was well-equipped with a kitchenette.

The dining options were limited , which could have enhanced the experience.

Everything was simply very comfortable. The property was modern with very amiable staff. The room was very large, very big bed. And it had garden view which is a plus. The location of the hotel was comfortable, walking distance to a convenience shop and supermarkets. By the way, a hiking trail and a ski slope were walking distance to the place.

the communal space is perfect. the wi-fi connection can be weak in rooms.

everything was very easy, magnificent location short walk to convenience store and the ski slopes and ski lifts or train station, attentive staff. we enjoyed rooms with clean n great staffs. the breakfast was warm, the check in was smooth. besides, free parking onsite was very welcome.

The Beautiful Suite offered excellent amenities like a kitchenette and comfy seating. Breakfast options could improve for better variety.

What a fantastic spot! We loved the cozy vibe, amazing breakfast options, and how comfortable the suites were for our family. The communal area was perfect for relaxing, and the BBQ facilities were an awesome bonus for a chilled evening, though we found the Mexican restaurant didn't quite meet our expectations. 🌟.

Some facilities were limited , and certain amenities like the restaurant weren't open, which could have enhanced the experience. The pool area was enjoyable for the kids, but further activities might have was nice.

The Beautiful Suite was spacious and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchenette and a comfy seating area. The common areas were perfect for family bonding. The kids loved the game room with pool and foosball! Especially Thomas, were helpful.

the breakfast selection was limited (still good though). we really enjoyed the amazing location and the fun game room! the staff were super attentive, making our stay extra special.

The units here are practical for families with kids, and everything was clean. the staff was friendly and helpful, plus the big windows really added to the atmosphere! the location is also excellent and convenient for getting to the ski slopes. ⛷️.

Couldn't recommend more for a brief pause

Spacious room, attentive staff, with a lovely lounge area that had a great selection of board games and a pool table to enjoy after a long day of exploring. A fantastic free shuttle service, made commuting to and from the nearby train station easy.

The staff were super friendly and had all we needed, even our grandson had a blast playing with the snow tools outside.

In my wife's opinion, breakfast options could be better.
